7d Essential Gin

So why it called 7d? What a strange name. Well it’s pretty simple, it’s distlled a total of 7 times before it gets to your glass, 5 times for the a well refined base spirit and then twice again when all the botanicals are added, which go to create a very smooth spirit. The Spanish gin includes a selection of Mediterranean botanicals including, juniper, bitter orange, green mint, thyme, peppermint, cinnamon, lavender, lemon, mandarin, camomile, and coriander. It makes refreshing G+T with, orange peel and mint using Mediterranean tonic. Superb!

Cocktail Suggestion

Mint Ginlip, a twist on a Mint Julep using 7d Gin, 2 dashes of orange bitters, a small amount of fresh squeezed orange juice, mint all mixed of lots of crushed ice for a lovely fresh taste.
